Meeting Called to order and Welcome extended by President Terri Fowler

Secretary’s Report: Reminder to change email addresses with Jane Cooper if email changes to continue to receive messages.

Treasurer’s Report: none (not present)

Conference Report: All but one speaker is confirmed. The Planning Committee has tried to include more pharmaceutical and controlled substances content. The planning committee has received a contact from a person wanting to consult on how to pay for the conference. Fees may go up, but it is still one of the lowest priced conferences in the region. Will have door prices again.

New Business: There is a part time job available at Smith Clinic in Pawleys Island.

After the meeting news: Stacy Alger told the secretary after the lecture to remind everyone that the website is up and functional. We need to utilize it more. She is asking that job information come to the secretary ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and articles go to the president. These will then be passed to Judy Hughes whose son puts it up on the web site. The web site’s address is grandstrandapna.org.
